This yoga studio was designed to help students create a regular practice and to start your day with intention first thing in the morning.
Classes offered daily Mon-Fri.

We would love to have you. As an incentive to wake up early we offer any 6am Sunrise Flow yoga class for $10 cash at the door.

Recreational Gymnastics
Gymnastics classes are offered for 4 year olds to roughly 10 year olds. (Some of our equipment has a weight limit. If your child is less than 100 lbs they can practice safely here).
2025-2026 Gymnastics Classes
We offer 3 different rounds of Gymnastics classes.
Winter/Spring: Schedule comes out by Nov 1st. Classes start in January (16 weeks)
Summer: Schedule comes out by April 1st. Classes start in June (8 weeks)
Fall: Schedule comes out by July 1st. Classes start in September (12 weeks)

4 & 5 year olds
Building on the basics of gymnastics, children will work on their listening skills while gaining strength, flexibility, and coordination. The events practiced are floor, bars, and beam. Classes are 45 minutes.

Beginners (6 Years Old & Up)
Classes are designed for the beginning gymnast. While parents may want to move their kid up to this class instead of the 4-5 year old class I want to make the difference clear. Gymnasts will be learning the same basic skills in each class but presented in a different way. The younger class will engage more in imagination and play, where in the beginner class the focus is more at the task at hand. Deeper explanations on form will be provided. Here there is an emphasis on safety through gaining strength to perform a skill and mastering the basics. Events practiced are bars, beam, and floor. Classes are 1 hour.

Intermediate
Classes are designed for the experienced gymnast. Skills will be more advanced than the beginner classes and more focus will be on form. Events practiced are bars, beam, and floor. Classes are 1 hour and 15 mins.
Prerequisites: Beginners class and invited to Intermediate. Can be evaluated if previous experience at another gym. Please email [email protected] to get the evaluation started.
