This is a 4-week progressive handstand clinic for middle schoolers through adults. Build strength, mobility, and confidence as you learn to go upside down—starting at the wall and progressing toward freestanding holds. Beginner-friendly. Fridays 6:00–7:30 PM. Includes guided training, open play, and homework between sessions.
It’s a progressive, supportive training experience that helps you:
• Build real strength using calisthenics
• Improve shoulder mobility, core control, and flexibility
• Learn safe handstand foundations from the ground up
• Progress from wall-supported holds → confident freestanding attempts
• Explore what your body is capable of (safely, playfully, and intentionally)
How it works:
🗓 Fridays, 6:00–7:30 PM
⏱ First 60 min = guided training & skill progressions
🎉 Last 30 min = open play + Q&A
📅 4 total classes (each one builds on the last)
🏡 Homework between sessions so you can improve week to week
This is:
✔️ Beginner-friendly
✔️ Encouraging and low-pressure
✔️ A great “evening out” with a friend
✔️ A way to meet people who like moving, trying new things, and challenging themselves
