Description:

Building on the basics of gymnastics, children will have the opportunity to develop the same skill set in our beginner classes. The focus however will be more on play and using their imagination to create shapes. During class the gymnast will practice their listening skills while gaining strength, flexibility, and coordination. The events practiced are floor, bars, and beam.
