Description:

Classes are designed for the experienced gymnast. Skills will be more advanced than the beginner classes and more focus will be on form. Events practiced are bars, beam, and floor.

Prerequisites: Beginners class and invited to Intermediate. Can be evaluated if previous experience at another gym. Please email [email protected] to get the evaluation started.
